Ok, Biff agreed to allow a new thread each day for this game, so here goes the first quote:
"You gonna eat your cornbread?" (actually not the same without the inflection on "corn" to be long and drawn out).

I call foul ! I say this quote was from Better Off Dead 2 dollars ! Not that I don't appreciate the extended effort to be wrong, but.....no. Then I say you didn't type the quote correctly. Here's your original Quote Fistee: "Looks like someone threw away a perfectly good white boy." According to Moviequotes.com... This is the actual quote from Men at Work: "Now will you look at that, someone has thrown away a perfectly good white boy." close but no cigar And according to the same source here's the quote from Better Off Dead: "Now that's a real shame when folks be throwin' away a perfectly good white boy like that." Unfortunately for me, this is also not a cigar winner, however your's is definetly closer. Let's check IMDB... Men at Work: "Looks like somebody threw away a perfectly good white boy" Closer than the one at moviequotes.com but still not 100% Better Off Dead from IMDB : "Now that's a real shame when folks be throwin' away a perfectly good white boy like that" This one is in the same ball park, but it's in the parking lot and not sure which sport it's about to watch. Oh well, at least I was correct in remembering that BOD did actually have a scene with some similarity to the original quote. And the more I think on this, isn't it kind of lame that both movies used what is essentially the same joke ? I don't remember MAW that well, but was this line said in reference to one of the guys laying in a garbage truck ? In BOD it was said when John Cusack tried to kill himself by jumping off a bridge and accidentally lands in the back of a trash truck. so what have we learned ?
