Has Zane ever said what brand/model scooter he rides? I know it's a 50cc but that's about it. They haven't talked about it on the show recently. I wonder if the thing is now garaged because he hates it now.

My GF’s dad is thinking of getting a scooter, picturing a 300lbs 55 year old man on a scooter makes me laugh.

He lengthened his wheelbase about 4-5 in. as well as took most of the plastic off. As much as I love to think Zane is riding around in a little Metropolitan, hearing what he paid for it (around $2,500 after tax and fees) makes me think it's the Ruckus. A Metro is a couple hundred less than that.

Anything above 50cc you need a motorcycle endorsement and licensing though, so that's a big reason the small bikes are so popular.

I can only go like 80 miles on my 2 gal tank....ah well...mine goes over 30mph:) So does mine. My max speed is 44.2 mph as verified by my GPS. If I was at my ideal weight it would probably hit 50. I know a guy who's 140 lbs and can get his Ruckus over 56 mph.
