He is worse than a reformed smoker and a born again Christian combined. Shut the fuck up already. No one is interested in your preaching. Go join the Jehovah's Witnesses if you really need to force your bullshit on people.

Go join the Jehovah's Witnesses if you really need to force your bullshit on people. Also, you don't need to follow the diet for it to work (Tony Horton himself said this in the interview he did with the show)...just eat healthier and you still lose a ton of weight. My brother lost 40lbs and only really changed a small portion of his diet. I know several others that are the same way...Zane is retarded sometimes. Edit: Don't get me wrong, following the diet will most likely work better, but just going out and doing exercise everyday will make a huge difference.

I've never found it that big of a deal. Not like the guy is trying to get folks on board with doing something bad for themselves.

I've never found it that big of a deal. Not like the guy is trying to get folks on board with doing something bad for themselves. True, but he HAS taken the preaching up a notch lately, after letting it settle for a bit. And he's not consistent. Many times, I've heard him say, "You don't have to do P90X, you just need to get off your butt and take a walk every day and eat a little healthier. As long as you're trying, it's all good." But now, lately, it's all P90X, P90X, P90X. I, myself, am trying to lose weight, but I'm not going to spend the money on P90X to do it. I definitely could stand to drop 50, but I have no desire to become obsessed with fitness like Zane is. I know I need to change some habits and I'm working on it, but his preaching is starting to become tiresome. Oh, and by the way, it's not necessarily true that he's not pushing people to do something that's bad for themselves. If you're badly out of shape and then jump in to an exercise regimen too heavily, you can give yourself a grabber. That's pretty bad for you.
