I have taken my vehicles to a window tinting place in the past and had always received good service. It turns out that a lot of the other tint places in town actually just drive the customer's vehicle there and then charge a mark-up.
So when a place called Rivertown Auto Plaza opened up near my house, I thought that for convenience I would give them a shot.
I stopped in, inquired about the price, and then asked if the tinting was done on the premises or if they took the vehicle to this other place. The snot-nosed 20-something punk said "oh hell no....".
Guess who isn't getting my money? That's right: Rivertown Auto Plaza. I asked my sister about her experiences there because she had gotten a remote starter there and said that a guy she dealt with there was a real asshole as well.
So there it is, if you live in the Grandville area, please avoid Mr. "Hell No" and his terrible customer service.
