Reminds me of the weird shit they used to play in the late, late night hours on USA Night Flight. There is no way my psyche emerged unscathed from the excessive time I exposed my adolescent brain to that show. |

It is him. I actually wondered if it was a photoshopped picture and typed "Jack Black Popeye" in at google images. It is one of the first pictures that came up.
