Going to see if my bro wants to go see "Inception". If not I'm going alone. I will see this damn movie! Looks awesome! I was going to go see it this weekend, but I'm sick so I have to stay home and rest. Maybe next weekend.

It makes 'The Matrix' look like a Dick & Jane book. I don't watch movies based on reviews...but that has me geeked!

...wondering what it is with people crashing on bikes while I'm driving by. About a year ago some lady went right over the handlebars as she was on a sidewalk, and I was on my way to work (thankfully she landed in a yard). On my way home from work, some teenager was riding with his friend on the street, and he fell right over onto the pavement.
In both cases the bikers seemed to be moving at a speed that was great enough to prevent them from just falling over. Also, in both cases, I did not do anything with my car, such as honk the horn, that would scare them into falling off.

Update: since i don't get to post as often as I used to (damn spies at work) I am updating everyone real quick on the last couple months. My little sister got married in June. Bless the poor groom's heart but I thought for sure she was going to be an old cat lady or be a lesbian. so good luck dude! It was a pretty wedding on the beach in FL (no oil balls were present) July I went to Colorado for a week camping then drove back to TN through NM and TX. We went to the great sand dunes state park in CO and the Capulin Volcano in NM. We ate at the Big Texan Restaurant home of the free 72 oz steak (as seen on Man vs Food). While we were eating some guy attempted and succeeded in eating the cow - hoof sized steak. Just to get a visual picture, next time you order a 16oz steak, imagine eating four and a half of them (plus the shrimp, potato, roll and drink) in an hour or less. We stayed with some friends in Texarkana then went to the Diamond Mine in Arkansas and tried to find a million dollar diamond. I had no such luck so I sadly returned to work the next day. Yesterday I put an offer in on a house, hopefully I will hear by Wednesday if they have accepted the offer. It would be nice to be putting money towards owning something rather than renting. I am going to make an effort to post more often on the board here. I forgot how much I liked you guys (despite yourselves). I'll try and post pics when I can.

Sunshyne, good luck with the house! Home ownership can be harrowing but once all the paperwork is done you'll love it.
Remember one thing: if something needs to be fixed there are tons of "how to" videos on youtube.

Thanks Biff. Yeah, I have five "how to" books also and the home and garden shows on the DIY channel are some of my favorites. If we get the house I can have WIP photos and updates for y'all

That's right. Fruit snacks shaped like a barn, gator, bulldozer, pig, tractor, and sun.

For good measure I skipped the Coke on the next round and just went straight Jack.
Yeah, work was that rough today. At least I have my Wednesday over with. 2 (hopefully) more days.

Plum tired. I went canoeing/fishing on an 8 mile trip down the Caney Fork River. They were generating at the Center Hill Dam so the water was swift and friggin cold! The day was perfect, and the breeze coming off the cold water was cooling. We had a ton of fun. My husband caught two trout, I had fun when I swung from a rope swing, we rescued a woman and her three kids after they tipped their canoe, I accidentally sunk my canoe with my husband in it (oops), saw some ducks, I lost my sunglasses (best damn $3 sunglasses ever), had a picnic lunch, and we found a huge cave and explored it , that was awesome. We had a blast. I'll post pictures when I get a chance.

What is it with women and losing their sunglasses? I've had my current ones going on four years, and in the same time I think my wife has gone through five or six pairs.
